As a tool in God's hand, this messenger of God has revived and enlightened thousands around the world with the eternal message of God's salvation.  Born in the remote town of Milton in eastern Pennsylvania to a Methodist pastor and his wife, Reverend William M. Campbell, Jr., experienced quite a rich life in the itinerant ministry of Methodism.  Having lived in the country of Bermuda and the states of New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Georgia, Florida and now Texas, Reverend Campbell brings many colorful and diverse experiences to the ministry.

He is the founder of the FLAMING FIRE MINISTRIES, INCORPORATED of Dallas, Texas: an apostolic ministry with a global scope and a multi-denominational outreach.  Since 1978, the Lord has allowed him to preach and minister around the world traveling throughout the continental United States, the Caribbean, Europe and Africa.  Through this ministry the Holy Spirit empowers him to deliver a life-changing revival that inspires and informs. Thousands have been edified and motivated to a new level of Christian service after hearing sermons like: "Big Plans" and “I’ve Been Thinking About You.”  Noted as a teacher first and then an evangelist, Reverend Campbell leaves “no stone unturned” in delivering the timely message of God’s miracle-working power. He is the author of many works including two well-noted books - Born to Dream & More Than A Conqueror - and three teaching manuals entitled: Giving-Prayer- Fasting: Three Tenets of the Christian Faith, To Seek and Save That Which Was Lost and A Messianic Passover Haggadah: Looking at Our Faith Through the Eyes of Judaism.  As in the time of the old prophets, this messenger has been set as a “flaming fire” by the Spirit of God to minister to those in need.

He is also blessed to serve as the pastor of Anderson Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Killeen, Texas. There he continues the work of congregation and community building that began in his first charge in Dallas, Texas. Teaching continues to be the bedrock of the ministry and the weekly bible study – Worship ‘N The Word – is a focal point in the ministry. Since June 2003, the ministry’s daily radio broadcast “The Master’s Touch” has reached thousands in central Texas as well as a global internet audience in countries such as Kuwait, Iraq and other parts of the world.  Pastor C, as he is affectionately called, has led this mission-oriented congregation on numerous mission trips regionally and globally to places such as New Orleans, Louisiana, and countries such as Jamaica, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Zambia and Kenya. In Kenya, he helped to plant the first A.M.E. Church  - Bethel - which has now spawned into eight churches in that country.  He also serves as the chairman of the board and Executive Director of the Richard Allen Community Development Corporation, which is the development arm of the church. The CDC furthers the mission of the church with land acquistions totaling over a quarter of a million dollars.  One of these properties has become the Mission House - a local social service agency which ministers to thousands each year in the local community. He is a member of the General Board of the A.M.E. Church and also serves as the Dean of the Board of Examiners of his annual conference. The Kingdom has been enlarged to the glory of God.

He attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia and holds an Associate of Arts degree from Manatee Community College in Bradenton, Florida; and a Master of Divinity degree from the George W. Truett Theological Seminary of Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He has presently been declared a candidate for the Doctor of Ministry degree from Drew Theological School of Drew University in Madison, New Jersey.  He also worked in the investment,  banking and fund-raising sectors for nearly fifteen years helping clients to invest, finance and raise millions of dollars.

In a day when the world is in need of a life-giving message to heal its hurts and pains, this anointed messenger bears the gospel with such a dynamic force that thousands have been won to the Lord.  Yes, there is a balm in Gilead.  Yes, there is a prophet in Israel to usher in God's blessings for the heirs of salvation.
